Quantities, packaging and delivery terms are set per ingredient and per consignment, and agreed in writing in the quotation.
Why nothing is published as a fixed figure
A minimum order quantity that is realistic for a dried leaf is not realistic for a distilled oil, and a packaging format that suits one destination does not suit another. Publishing a single set of figures across a catalogue of different materials would mean publishing figures that are wrong for most of them.
So quantities, packaging and terms are answered against your actual requirement, at enquiry.
What to include in an enquiry
The more of this you can give us, the more precisely the first reply can be answered.
- Ingredient. Botanical name if you have it, and the plant part and form you need.
- Quantity. The volume you are working to, and whether it is a single consignment or repeat supply.
- Destination. The country the material is going to, which determines what documentation is relevant.
- Specification. Any parameters you must work to, and any documentation your market requires.
- Timing. When you need it, so that seasonality can be checked against it.
