Description
Pennyroyal carries a sharp, medicinal mint character, harder and less sweet than spearmint or peppermint. In fragrance it occupies a narrow position and has largely been displaced by other mints, which makes it a material bought deliberately rather than by default.
Regulatory note
Pennyroyal oil is high in pulegone, which is restricted under IFRA standards in fragrance and controlled in food applications in most markets. Which limit applies depends on your product category and destination, and confirming it sits with the buyer. This page publishes no threshold, and none should be read into it.
Enquiring
An enquiry naming the application and the framework you work under can be answered properly; one naming only a tonnage cannot. Request a Quote. The dried herb is listed at Dried Pennyroyal. What can be evidenced for a consignment is confirmed before a quotation goes out; identification and documentation explains that step. Quantities and packing follow in bulk supply and export enquiries.
